The staff here at absolutely wellness is the best around. They are very helpful, kind, and friendly. Dr Kelch has been an absolute life saver for me. He was highly recommend by a good friend. I was experiencing alot of lower back pains and could barely walk. During my consultation appointment, Dr. Kelch took x-rays (in office) and was able to start my adjustments immediately! Beware of Chiropractic Wellness Center. Their $40 adjustment ad on Facebook is deceptive; they'll pressure you into providing insurance info and push expensive treatments. Despite declining, they'll harass you for payment and charge your insurance without consent. Avoid them at all costs.
Ladies upfront are very Rude. Just because I didn’t want to fill all their paperwork and give them all my information because I like my privacy, they were rude to me. Said that they were gonna turn me into collections if I wasn’t gonna pay my bill when I was gonna pay my bill at the time of service was very kind of sending with their facial expressions and very rude to me. when I said no when I value my privacy don’t just give out all my personal information.
Provider is very professional and knowledgeable; ladies at the front are always willing to accommodate timing of the patient to make it work for patient schedule have felt relief every time I have come !
