Been adjusted by all of the super chiropractors here - no words to express the high quality of care received. Through playing high contact sport, a smooth pregnancy and postpartum we were always looked after and cared for beyond just the chiropractic appointment. Recently moved away so not attending anymore :(
I have received chiropractic care from Lydia at AHC for around 3 years, through pre-conception, pregnancy and post-partum, as well as for my baby since the day after he was born. I have no doubt this played a big part in experiencing a positive and smooth pregnancy and birth. Lydia is a wealth of knowledge and her advice and support has been so valuable to our family! I saw Ash and the team at Advanced chiropractic about a lower back issue I had been carrying for some time. Not only was I provided instant relief, I was given a program which assisted with my recovery and promoted my overall wellness.
