The Receptionist is very accommodating with warm greetings and atmosphere. Our Dr(with my wife), Dr Thanh Le has been our Chiropractor since 2021 to the present and has been keeping our body posture well balance, his service is excellent and we highly recommend their services.
I keep coming back to see Dr. Dustin Ho because I appreciate his holistic approach to chiropractic care with elements of massage and physio. He is always on time and spends the full 20min appointments with you, so you never feel rushed. You can tell he cares about his patients and is passionate about his work.
This is probably one of the best and most organized clinics in Ottawa..... Not only they are very old time (decades) in business, but they do have friendly, respectful, caring and client-centric staff (both administrative and medical)..
