Dr. Sloat is amazing. She has helped me so much and in only 3 sessions I’m already feeling so much better! She is professional, knowledge and very affordable. On top of it all her dog Isla is there throughout the appointments and makes the process even more comfortable. I highly recommend coming here!
Greetings, I was lucky enough to be referred to Dr. Sloat by our family physician. The problem was my back, which had become extremely painful overnight in late February. Beginning in mid March 2024, I was assessed by Dr. Sloat, and subsequently I requested to try cold laser therapy; since nothing works immediately, I have also tried acupuncture. After a terrible fall on my back early last spring (2023) I was ambulanced to the hospital. My diagnosis was pneumonia, bruised kidneys, damaged liver and a severe crush injury to my spine (L1 vertebrae). After many, many prescriptions prescribed to me for pain, cortizone was injected into my back on two separate occasions. No relief came. The pain was debilitating. Dr.Sloat genuinely cares about her patients. I have never felt rushed--she always takes the time needed to help me and explain things as well as give advice or exercises to further help. She is a lovely person, very down to earth and I always enjoy our conversations! There are many Chiropractors in my city but I drive about 45mins to her as she is SO worth it! She was recommended to me by a family member which I'm very grateful and always recommend her now as well!
I was recently looking to find a chiropractor to help me with a long standing vertigo/BPPV issue. I Googled chiropractors in Ancaster, and Dr. Sloat’s name stood out due to the large number of excellent reviews she had. Not only does she work with people, but animals as well. My experience thus far has been five star. I have been dealing with vertigo/BPPV for 6+ years now and none of the traditional treatments (eg.
