As a new patient to Belle City Family Dentistry, I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The office was beautifully decorated, modern, and spotless. I came in with a dental emergency, and despite the fact that they were dealing with a major emergency of their own—a burst water pipe—they still welcomed me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Once I walked in everyone was in a good mood and happy. The ladies greeted me at the front desk with a smile and knew already why I was there (which moved things along quickly) the doctors assistant was polite and nice, she explained what was going to happen and why.
