I had such a positive experience at Blockhouse Bay Dental Centre. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and make you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. Their service is professional and efficient, and the dental work is absolutely exceptional – you can really tell they take pride in what they do. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality care and a team that genuinely looks after their patients.

I have been seeing Dr Haydn Gray for almost 20 years and he is the best dentist I have ever had. Clearly explains any issues and what the various remedies are, including cost options. He is friendly and welcoming and goes out of his way to get to the bottom of any problem. Several of my family members also use him as their regular dentist and I have recommended him to a number of other people over the years. As an aside, the reception staff, dental assistants etc are also very good, friendly and helpful.

Usually I help my mum with her day to day matters but recently she visited Blockhouse Bay Dental Centre on her own, and the team made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly smooth. The receptionists were welcoming and very helpful, especially with my mum’s registration. She’s not very confident with technology and struggled with the tablet, but the receptionist patiently guided her through it, making her feel at ease. The dentist she saw was equally impressive. School holidays are here so I had to take my 6 year old to the dentist with me. The staff were so good about it and I was able to take him in with me. Morgan checked out my teeth and gave them a good clean, and told my son all about the process and how things work. I listened (could not talk, a first...) and was amazed at her wonderful personality and professionalism. I am a first time client and so impressed with the service. Clinic is very clean and presentable. Receptionists are friendly and helpful, Dr Peter delivered excellent patient care for my two teenagers and me. Definitely keeping them as our dental service provider. Thank you.
