I’ve been a patient at this clinic for more than four years, and recently visited again a few times. Dr Nicola, @DrMunpria, and Dr Jo are all very understanding and professional. The reception staff are lovely too. However, the pricing is quite high, and at times it feels like extra charges are added wherever possible. They must keep in mind that the Dental care is costly as it is, so most people only go when they really need to. #ClinicReview #DentalExperience #HonestFeedback #MelbourneHealth #BurwoodDentist

I have been seeing Dr. Joanne Ling for regular dental check-ups and deep cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She is very gentle, caring, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. Since coming to her, my teeth and gums have improved significantly. I truly appreciate her professionalism and attention to detail, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist.

I have been a patient in this establishment for 20+ Years. They have consistently provided great service and professional dental care that I used to rely on. On my recent visit after 2 years I noticed a drastic change. Place is not well kept any more and I wondered why ? I was booked for 1 hour. But Dr _ _ rushed it and did it in 5 min. I attended this clinic for a booked appointment for a filling and a free dental clean under my cover. I informed Dr Pragati that my physical card was still in the mail, but I could provide my policy number. Despite this, they refused to proceed with the filling or the free clean, solely because I did not have the physical card or access to a digital version at that moment. I have dental anxiety caused solely by dentists not listening to me. Dr Fen Chan was able to put me at ease. I felt heard, and she actually bothered to warn me before doing something that could be sensitive. I've recommended this clinic to my housemate and I'll definitely be back here again.
