I have dental anxiety caused solely by dentists not listening to me. Dr Fen Chan was able to put me at ease. I felt heard, and she actually bothered to warn me before doing something that could be sensitive. I've recommended this clinic to my housemate and I'll definitely be back here again.
I attended this clinic for a booked appointment for a filling and a free dental clean under my cover. I informed Dr Pragati that my physical card was still in the mail, but I could provide my policy number. Despite this, they refused to proceed with the filling or the free clean, solely because I did not have the physical card or access to a digital version at that moment. This dental care centre is an excellent place to get your dental problems solved. Every query is taken care of. Doctors and their colleagues are really helpful, generous and look well after the quality of service provided. I have seen that people have reviewed about the service desk issues with the staff, but in my personal experience, it has been swift and a decent experience, so I suppose everyone has their own part to say. I would definitely recommend this centre ☑️.
i had a excellent dental appointment today and it was my first visit. Everything was explained clearly and i felt very comfortable !I highly recommend this clinic
The dentists are nice but the reception staff could really use some training in customer service. The middle aged receptionist working on the morning of Saturday, 14th June, was particularly rude to my daughter. However, her attitude noticeably changed when she saw I was present. People like that should not be the first point of contact at any business.
