The dentists are nice but the reception staff could really use some training in customer service. The middle aged receptionist working on the morning of Saturday, 14th June, was particularly rude to my daughter. However, her attitude noticeably changed when she saw I was present. People like that should not be the first point of contact at any business.

This dental care centre is an excellent place to get your dental problems solved. Every query is taken care of. Doctors and their colleagues are really helpful, generous and look well after the quality of service provided. I have seen that people have reviewed about the service desk issues with the staff, but in my personal experience, it has been swift and a decent experience, so I suppose everyone has their own part to say. I would definitely recommend this centre ☑️.

I had a 2:30pm appointment and ended up waiting over half an hour with no explanation or update. Dr. Nicola didn’t acknowledge the delay, and I was just left sitting there until I asked the receptionist—only to be told I had to keep waiting. I had to pick up my kids from school, so I eventually left without receiving any service at all. This used to be my regular dental clinic, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back. I wish I could give 0 star. I booked an appointment for 3:20 Saturday afternoon, arrived 20 minutes early. Was told need to wait another 30 minutes, already waiting for 20 minutes. Didn’t get any response after waiting 1 hour in total. Had to leave without getting service. No apology as well. Do not recommend this centre at all. if you are looking for a wonderful dental experience and a very welcoming team then this is the place for you. Great care, great service, only too helpfull. wouldn't go anywhere else now.
