I came in with horrible neck/back pain that was affecting me almost every single day and it was beyond exhausting. After just a few adjustments (with some of those loud cracks that felt amazing), I’m the closest to pain free I've felt in a long time. I can finally move without constant ache and it feels amazing! The Staff and environment are so welcoming, they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Huge Thank You to Dr. Austin and Dr. Berg, i feel like myself again! Truly, Thank You!
Everyone at ChiroRx is very friendly, willing to help or answer any questions I have and most of all genuinely caring about me! From the receptionists, to the techs to Dr. Austin I was treated with respect. They are all great!
The doctors seem good and friendly. My issue is with the way they charge you. I was told if I pay $90 every visit that it would cover the cost of the visit. Turns out that only covers the cost of the adjustment not the additional things they do like Electric Stim. And some kind of rolling table. Those are an additional $35 each for about 10 minutes of service. I was pretty shocked to see an additional bill show up in the mail for an extra $70 a visit. Was a bit skeptical at first read some bad reviews. But after a decade of being stubborn I took the chance and it has only been my second visit but the relief speaks for itself, the ladies and the doctors do an amazing job. You can't expect after a few visits the problem is fixed. The bad reviews say they are pushy for repeated visits. You are sat down and explained a plan of action for your specific problems.
