Made time to see me as a new patient in my emergency on the day I was hurt. Was attentive and kind. Listened to the life story of this and that. Seemed genuinely interested and even shared experiences back. Very nice and reassuring. Made me feel very comfortable.
I've been going to Dr. Joel for almost four years! I have never been disappointed. First of all, he and his staff are very professional. They respect our time and do everything possible to keep on schedule. Wait time is usually only a few minutes, if any at all. He CARES!!! From the very first day Dr Cox and his secretary, Kayleigh, have made me feel so welcome here. Dr Joel has taken more time with me on each visit than any other chiropractor I have used over the years in different towns. He listens carefully to make sure each adjustment is tailored to alleviate the specific problems I’m having at that particular appointment. This office has definitely been an answer to prayer!
My husband and I have been patients of Joel's for about 5 years. The initial regimen got us both into alignment with increased mobility and relieved pain! The follow-up has been great! He is very flexible with scheduling and has always worked us into his busy schedule when needed! His demeanor is that of a concerned friend and his hands are magic! Definitely recommend!
