This is a long overdue review. I’ve been going to the team at Complete Care for years. Every individual who works in that office is a helpful, delightful professional. Chad provides excellent post- massage advice for continued rehab. Kathy brings decades of massage therapy experience at her fingertips (literally) and always works out the knots. Absolutely amazing experience! I love seeing Kathy for my massages and Tim is also very good, super friendly and passionate. The fish tank is amazing as well, these guys really know about aquatic care, and I feel like that reflects on a person- these people are amazing. I recommend Kathy for the best massages of your life. She can do relaxing, or the most effective massages- those ones are intense! I feel great every time I visit. 10/10 recommend. Best treatments ever. 😁
Wow! What excellent care I received today from Dr.Tim@ Complete Care Chiropractic in Barrie. I have had several issues that have been resolved as a result of care. The staff are so friendly the minute you walk in the door. I will keep coming back. Thank you again !
Their response time to my request was quick. My initial visit was a positive experience. The chiropractors on staff that day were welcoming. Dr. Bilow was thorough, asked all the necessary questions and more. He made me feel comfortable and explained every step during the consultation and during treatment. He ensured that the right amount of pressure was used, monitoring and evaluating my level of pain. Definitely going again.
Tim has the best client care. He’s thorough in his assessments and makes everyone in our family feel comfortable with the care. Today he helped my son with an ankle sprain doing ultrasound, soft tissue work and taping and myself with assessing some knee pain and an overall spinal adjustment.
