I had a very disappointing experience with Raj. He initially quoted me one price, but charged me more at the end. During my treatment, he was rude to his team and even misbehaved with them in front of me. The cleaning was very superficial — my teeth were not cleaned properly at all. On top of that, when he found out I’m an engineer he made an inappropriate comment implying I shouldn’t worry about costs because I “earn good money.” Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
Dr Balgi is fantastic and have only had positive experiences so far. He is clear in his advice, calming and creates a friendly environment. I would recommend him to anyone.
My family have been patients of Dr Prather for many years. He is very gentle and thorough. Highly recommended.
