Attended my first visit at Dentist WA. The reception team have been great at keeping in contact and offering alternative appointments which I've appreciated. I was apprehensive about my visit as I haven't been to the dentist in some time but Dr Jasmine Li was non-judgemental and I was pleased that minimal work is needed given the time passed. I made an appointment over the phone with the receptionist, who was very efficient and friendly. They asked for my details and before my appointment, which made the whole process very smooth. The staff was easy to deal with, and I am grateful for their excellent service. Special thanks to Dr. Jasmine for her exceptional knowledge and care. I really appreciate their work and highly recommend them!
Exceptional care and expertise! Our 4-year-old son recently had his first dental visit here with Dr Jasmine Li, and we couldn't be more impressed. The staff was incredibly patient and friendly, making him feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The dentist was gentle and thorough, explaining each step in a way that he could understand. Our son left with a big smile on his face, eager to come back for his next visit. Thank you for making his dental experience a positive one!
I had my first appointment with Dr Yousr Kanbour and it was great. She is so friendly and made the experience really comfortable. I didn't feel any pressure from her to book in any procedure besides what was critical, outside of that she provided recommendations and was very informative of what other issues may come up with time. Very glad I was recommended Dr Yousr :)
Fantastic. The experience I had with Dr Dylan Del Frate was amazing. He explained things to me that no other dentist (other clinics) has ever bothered explaining. They were running late, but he was super apologetic about this. He ensured I remained comfortable and "in the know" the entire time. I will be bringing my whole family back!
