I had a tooth extraction performed by Dr Mina Habib at Donvale Dental Centre. While the extraction itself was done professionally, my issue is with the billing and transparency afterward. Before the procedure, Dr Habib told me there would be an extra charge if the tooth needed to be drilled and cut into sections, and I agreed to that condition. This was my second visit to Dr Habib and I feel very happy that we have found him.(The first time was an emergency repair to one of my teeth, on Easter Saturday night! - this second time was for my husband's chipped tooth). His quiet, calm confidence and obvious skill is reassuring for this very dentist-phobic patient! My evening emergency appointment went very well. Thank you Dr Habib for relieving my pain and your kind and gentle manner. I slept for 20 hours after 3 days of pain that prohibited sleep for more than a few minutes at a time. I felt amazing once to tooth was extracted… back to my happy and joyful self again!

Had an emergency appointment last night at 10.30 with Dr Mina Habib and bless him for not only treating me at that time but how quickly he relived my pain and fixed the issue after 3 days of uncontrollable pain, I thank you again a million times had the best sleep of my life after. Would highly recommend in everyway. Dr Mina thank you many many times again and your warm hospitality

I am totally gutted with experience. Nearly 8 months later i am still in pain after root canal. When i paid my final bill i told Mina Habib i was still in pain and brought up history again of this tooth but Mina said "dont worry about the past" and said it may still hurt for a while. Additionally , during the root canal procedure , another tooth has been fractured by recoil from metal and required a crown for which i was charged for.
