(June 2023) Visit #1: New patient appointment for a cleaning & exam. (I sent X-rays ahead of time.) First impressions: office is clean. I like that the front desk sends the links to the forms in advance and they have you wait in your car until they text you when they're ready. Parking is behind the building...huge plus. I have been coming to Jerry Yang for the last year after my dentist retired. I love the experience I have every time I go. the front office is very efficient and welcoming I appreciate the text and email reminders and the check in online. The staff in the back are just as welcoming and knowledgeable, they explain in detail what to expect and have no problem answering questions.
