Highly recommend! Incredibly friendly staff who are extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled. It's nice to feel like an actual person instead of just a number in a medical environment these days. The tone Dr Jo uses when speaking with you definitely eases any concerns you may have. I have been very nervous to go to a Chiropractor but after speaking with Michelle at the Ideal Home Show, she explained some of the different techniques the clinic uses and I decided to try it out. I couldn't be happier that I did!
I must admit that I had my doubts that a chiropractic treatment would have a substantial effect on my nerve pain, however my doubts were proven to be unfounded after just a few adjustments. I'm thankful I came across Joanne at the exhibit booth.
Lovely friendly staff. REALLY friendly! They listen to you, take interest in your recovery and take a total body approach and customize it to you and your condition. Dr Jo is one of the few therapists that listened and took in all my symptoms. Everything is fully explained and broken down so it's easy to understand. Not your traditional chiro (cracking/popping) it's a very gentle approach. 5*
I have been a patient of Dr. Joanne now for quite a few years (I can't remember exactly how many). I initially went to her because I was experiencing headaches at the time. I'm happy to report that my headaches have diminished in both frequency and severity since I've been seeing her. And as an added bonus, she has made great strides in aligning my spine, which has resulted in improvement in other areas of my health.
