I had an excellent experience at my first appointment with the team at Hamilton Chiropractic Centre. From the moment I walked in, I felt well cared for. Always come away after a session with Dr Kim feeling I have been listened to. The friendly greeting from both Julie and Ian is like a ray of sunshine. Highly recommend this practice if you want more than just an adjustment.
Had a severe back issue. Went to see them as it was covered under acc. I got booked for another appointment which I missed because I could not make it. No empathy from them, forced to pay $57 even though I told them my situation and asked to rebook. They don't care care it's all about money for them.
I’ve had a life changing experience with Dr Kim. He has helped me immensely with back, neck and hip pain due to the physicality on my job. I have a better range of movement, I don’t have intense pain and I have a better quality of life.
First time visit to a Chiropractic clinic, was nervous. I walked out after the visit feeling listened to and at ease. Looking forward to my next visit. Great friendly and informative staff.
