I’ve been going to Hoppers Crossing Dental Clinic for the past two years and can’t recommend them enough. I’ve seen Dr Sanjana and Dr William, and both are caring, honest, and great at explaining everything clearly. I used to be really anxious about the dentist, but their calm approach helped me feel completely at ease. The reception staff are lovely too — always welcoming, organised, and helpful with reminders. It’s such a warm, caring clinic with a family-like feel, and you never feel rushed. Highly recommended.
Not recommended – absolute disaster. I was admitted to the emergency hospital on Sunday and ultimately lost my teeth due to an incorrect diagnosis by a junior dentist at this clinic. The dentist failed to identify the root cause but still performed an unnecessary filling, costing me a lot out of pocket. Following the treatment, I developed a severe infection. Having had the same dentist for over 30 years & having to go to someone new, I was full of trepidation. As well I have medical complications. I can only say I was so thankful to Dr George & his kind & lovely staff who looked after me so well & explained everything simply. I have found my new dentist! Thank you.
I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the beautiful and friendly reception staff to the wonderful and professional dentists, everyone is amazing at making Children and their parents fill at ease. My kids LOVE going to the Dentist and I couldn't be more grateful. I have emailed them after hours on a few occasions with concerns regarding my children and they followed up promptly and continually until my worries were at ease. I have recommended them to all that I know and will continue to do so. Thank you!!
Rang this morning for an emergency appointment to fix a filling which fell out. Thank goodness Dr George had the best Staff to help out when he isn’t available. Dr Sanjana Mehta is a fantastic Dentist new to the Clinic, and capable enough to deal with a nervous patient like me. Her ‘Hero Support’ , Dental Assistant (please forgive me for not remembering your name) worked so well together, that they had great teamwork in the Clinic. All this to say ‘Thank You’.
