Emily has been my dentist for the last year, she has been amazing and so patient with me. She’s very details and always make sure I feel comfortable during any of the process. 100% recommend this clinic.
Very grateful to Dr.Claudia for picking up an issue about my jaw! I’ve seen other dentists before and had my x-rays done about my jaw and bite issues that has been going on for a while but they didn’t even pick that up! Also, despite having personally worked in the dental industry, I still do get nervous for my appointments but the Lightwood dental staff did such an awesome job in making me feel comfortable!!
Dr Emily is extremely patient and efficient. For someone who strongly dislikes having dental work done, Dr Emily consolidated the visits to be able to get them done quicker for me. After a horrific (at another clinic) wisdom tooth extraction, Dr Emily extracted one for me with minimal to no discomfort and was very patient. Can’t thank you enough. Big thanks to the dental nurse and receptionist for their friendliness too. Overall a fantastic clinic, I’ll be taking my toddler to them too!
I highly recommend this practice to anyone considering any sort of dental treatment, especially if you have anxiety issues with dental appointments - you're in great hands here! I appreciated the detailed explanations provided at each step, which helped alleviate my worries and build my confidence in the treatment plan. I was also pleasantly surprised by the warm and caring approach of the staff.
'Give them a 10' to quote my 7 year old. This morning we were seen for an emergency appointment for my son who had taken a large chunk out of both of his two front teeth at basketball. I could not have been happier with the level of care, kind manner and outcome of the visit. We left with my son's teeth looking like nothing had happened. Thanks so much to your staff and I highly recommend your practice to anyone looking for a kind and skilled dentist.
