My experience was wonderful. Melissa was amazing, really made a typically stressful process very relaxing. She clearly explained everything regarding the maintenance of my dental care and the potential implications if I didn’t follow it. The Doctor was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He had a great bedside manner and explained next steps clearly. My entire family uses this practice & loves it!
I actually had a good time at the dentist today! Ben cleaned my teeth so he was one of the first ppl i got to meet there and he was awesome!! So kind. Walked me through everything, very gentle and accurate with all the equipment he used. Just made my experience today, very friendly and worry free. Then I got the X-rays and let’s be honest, no one likes those but the girl in there was nice also. Then the dentist and her assistant saw me and I’d give them another 5 stars too! Visit was fine but the cost and generating unneeded dental work was overwhelming. An estimate for treatment was 3 times what I got from another dentist office. Consultation charge was much higher than going rate. Very expensive dental office. Did go for second opinion and recommended dental work 50% less and lower cost and no charge for consultation visit. Hence, not going back to this practice.
I always receive excellent care at Midland Park Family Dentistry. Thanks to Dr.Tony Caramico, and Melissa and tge entire staff for their personal attention to all the treatment I receive and the safety precautions to keep me safe. I can honestly say I enjoy going to their office as everyone always makes me feel like I am their #1 patient.
I needed a wisdom tooth extracted and was very nervous. I called reconfirming it was necessary and Sue Opderbeck worked with Dr. Bjorn (dentist) to reconfirm the reasons and Dr. Greco (peridontist) to provide an overview of what to expect. The day of the extraction, Dr. Greco explained the procedure, what to expect, how it would feel, risks and how they would be resolved should they come up.
