I have been dealing with lower pack pain ever since an injury I got ten years ago. Every once in awhile I just move wrong at it flares up and is seriously the worst pain you can imagine. After this happening again a few months ago I went through 8 weeks of physical therapy which included 3 adjustments a week. I was in pain the entire 8 weeks.
