I lived in 4 different countries and never experienced such kind, great and professional care. I was in pain for almost 2 weeks, my local dentist made it even worse. From the first moment, I felt that this dental centre really cares about its patients. Everyone was helpful and empathetic. Big thank you to Dr Scott Bentley - I was finally pain-free! Extremely professional, calm, and caring, I never felt so good and comfortable after visiting the dentist. The whole team is just amazing. Thank you!
As someone who has a lot of anxiety around dentistry, I am so happy I have found Mount Pleasant Dental Centre. Their mission as stated on their website "is to provide gentle, professional, affordable dental care" and this is consistently proven to be true at each visit. For the first time, I feel motivated to be an active participant in my dental care and I'm all the better for it. Huge thank you to the whole team!
I cant begin to express my gratitude to Dr Scott for the treatment I have received over the past 2 years, it has been a journey with an amazing outcome. I was terrified in the beginning and not smiling most of the time, Dr Scott worked out a plan with Renae and together with Sam we embarked on this adventure. Scott and Sam saw me today and were extremely professional and put me right at ease after a bad experience elsewhere with a reaction to anesthetic. They were so calm and have a very caring attitude in what they do. The surgery is state of the art, in its aesthetic and in its procedures, everything is technologically advanced here it’s very impressive. I also see Renae as my hygienist and she is an absolute gem!
