Great people and service. I started going here around 2014 and they take very good care of their patients. Dr Mark Jones is awesome and so are the other staff like the front desk. I always feel better when I leave. They do very good work! I would recommend them to anyone! Fair rates too so people are able to self-pay if they don't have insurance.
This place is amazing and super efficient. I actually felt like they cared about me. I didn't feel like just another person to crack and send out the door. They took the time to listen and create a plan to help me. I felt overjoyed when they said they were going to do x-rays, because I had been trying to get that for years. I was referred by my primary care and I went in and they processed my insurance information and told me I was covered. They took me back and Dr. Mark Jones did a great job on my adjustment. When I was done with the appointment the receptionist told me that my insurance did not actually cover my appointment and I had to pay out of pocket. There was a lack of communication and I was mislead.
