I love the people at the front desk. They are so nice and ready to help with anything. Dr. Cole is awesome! When I started coming to him I was told I need another back surgery and I cried like a baby. I was talked into going to see a chiropractic which I thought would hurt and did at first. The first day I left feeling better than when I walked in. I still hurt some but I'm getting better without SURGERY! I told my friends and anybody I know don't have surgery until you try. I'm blessed that I found them 🙏🏿 Veronica

I only made it through the consultation and I can honestly say I am not going through with being a patient at this office anymore because I feel like they were dishonest about the payment process or either they just assumed I could take care of it myself, which isn’t every American’s case obviously. They always take care of me so well! my back pain has lessened significantly sense i first started. the front desk employees are so nice as well :)

I initially started going to Novo for a lower back issue and within 2 months I was back to normal. I'm now going a couple times a month and haven't had an issue in several months. Thank you Novo Chiropractic!

Came in walking like a lion, felt like I could never stand up straight again but Dr. Bailey gave me hope! I am feeling better and standing tall, truly recommend coming here.
