First visit in to Novo and it was great. Dr Eric, Jessi and Nicole were all super informative, enthusiastic and friendly. You can tell that they really love their job! My wife already visits regularly and she feels so much better. I’m looking forward to feeling better with their help. Thanks to all of you!
Dr. Jacolyn Mullins is amazing. She even followed up with me on a Saturday to see if I had any other questions about my first appointment yesterday. When I called to make an appointment she actually got on the phone with me to answer some questions I did have. She is very personable and knowledgeable.
Novo in Belmont has an amazing staff, from front desk, to the doctors. The pain i had in my neck and sciatica was out of control. I was awake most nights in pain that was hard to control. They created a plan for me and i stuck with it. BEST decision i have made for my pain. I was so tired of getting injections and their adjustments was the key for me to get away from those (which they only worked part of the time). I have regularly been a patient with this office for over a month now and have nothing but great things to say. The staff is super friendly, the atmosphere is very relaxing, and both chiropractors are excellent at what they do. I will be recommending to others. Thank you for all that you do!
My 9yr old has been coming to NOVO for close to two months now. She was extremely anxious in the beginning, and both Jessie and Jacolyn were very patient with her. They encouraged her at her own pace. Now she knows when she needs to go, is well informed with how her body functions (also teaching others she meets), and is taking better care of her body on her own. The concerns we have had for her are getting better with every session! Thank you so much NOVO!
