Definitely a great place to get adjusted. They are very welcoming from the front desk to the chiropractor. Dr Kole was educated me with some daily stretch technique so that I don't keep getting nerve pains when i take a day off of the gym. Ana and Nicole are good at explaining the whole process every visit.
I came in for a Leg adjustment but they insisted I get my neck & back adjusted as well. I was really reluctant but took their advice and after several adjustments my neck felt horrible & started to feel dizzy. I asked her to not adjust it so intensely but she took offense & denied being rough. So I requested to stop all future appointments. They messed up my neck according to another chiropractor who showed me on the X-rays they displaced my atlas.
Dr. Trey is an amazing Chiropractor who worked through an injury with me. It took about three weeks of two appointments a week but then I started noticing real improvement. I can say about 5 weeks of treatment and I was relatively pain free. I highly recommend him. He is a safe and affirming Chiropractor whom is very relatable and easy to talk to. The staff here is so great and nice. Scheduling is easy and very flexible. Please give them a try best decision for 2024 I made and set me up for a healthier 2025.
Novo Chiropractic has always had warm, friendly service when I come in! I appreciate times like yesterday, when I thought my appoointment was today; they called me when I didn't show up and still got me in yesterday! It was my mistake, but they treated me with grace and kindness! The chiropractors are great at what they do, explain problems thoroughly, in easy to understand terms, and are very knowledgable and friendly!
I wouldn’t let these people house a miniature model of the home that we have. On November 8th, 2024, during a hip adjustment, my ribs were broken. I knew what had happened immediately. I said, “you broke my ribs.” I was told “the ribs need crack and to be adjusted just like our necks and back. I left the room to go up front, with no ability to breathe enough or able to raise my right arm. I paid my copay and reluctantly left.
