I started at Novo January 2025 with a wonderful chiropractor. Although, I went in for an appointment today she was unexpectedly no longer working there. The office did not call patients to notify them prior. They were not helpful and said there was no way of notifying the patients. I disagree—they could have easily sent an email or text. The receptionist did not offer any reassurance that their office is managed well.

I go to Novo Chiropractic in Cascade. Dr Colleen is wonderful. I have cerebral palsy and use a wheelchair. She is able to adjust me so that I no longer have pain in my shoulders and back. Other medical doctors said I needed surgery to correct the pain. Not true 2 years or so now and I have no pain. I highly recommend Dr Colleen and Novo Chiropractic.

Initially appreciated the help I got from Novo Chiropractic during my pregnancy. After I had my baby I no longer wanted appointments. After cancelling my future appointments with them, I have continued to get notifications for appointments that they scheduled for me. Despite requesting all future appointments be cancelled, I have continued to get push back from them 5 months later. It's a hassle to feel like I'm not being listened to. Before my visit, I was in so much pain that I couldn't get out of bed. It hurt to stand, sit, move, or sneeze. Dr. Steve determined that I had a disc issue. After one visit, the pain went from a 10 out of 10 to a 5. With each following appointment, the pain has continued to decrease. Dr. Steve is amazing! He is so kind, gentle, yet strong. He always takes time to listen to my concerns and treats me with empathy. I am so grateful for his help!

Lynn came to my job to talk to us about spinal health and took some pictures of our posture. The front office staff (Kaitlyn specifically) are super friendly and make sure you have a good understanding of the paper work process and insurance process. Payments are affordable. Dr. Brad is the spine whisperer in all seriousness. He was very through with his explanations and walking me through what he was doing.
