Dr. Adam has been treating me for over 5 years. I came in due to chronic back/neck pain from an old injury that was becoming debilitating and required daily pain management. I was in great pain on my neck and shoulder. I had an MRI done and found I had a pinched nerve. I found “On Purpose Chiropractic” to see if they could help.
