My first time visiting today and I'm giving this Doctor 5 ⭐. The staff is great. Holy cow are they ever good at reminders for the appointment. I am very pleased with my intake assessment. Dr Z gave me the full rundown. He took his time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions, and email everything to me including all the x-rays and full report. I left super informed and excited for the future.
I have had a few bad experiences with chiropractic treatments. My friend recommended I go to Dr Zielonka based on the excellent care he provided for her. The initial assessment included an X-ray, body scan, foot scan and a follow up consult. Dr. Zielonka provided a thorough explanation of my test results and options for recovery. Optimal health being his goal; he creates a no pressure approach to the option that his clients choose. I went for 2 session for 2 different injuries as I’m a ironworker working with my back 24/7 is critical and adding paint everyday 24/7 was going nuts like they say I met doctor John and his outstanding crew always happy and welcoming and now I’m pain free and before I had trouble standing more then 5 minute !!! Expensive yes but naturel way !!to you’re body docent have a price instead of pumping doctors medicine for temporary fix that’s toxic for you !! Love this place and would recommend to anyone !!!
Before I chose to come into Dr. Z's office, I went online to check out reviews on chiropractors in downtown Ottawa where I work. There were so many options and locations, but what drew me to Dr. Z is the many outstanding reviews from his current and previous patients. The front desk staff are very courteous and helpful. I have been going to chiropractors off and on for my entire life and Dr Zielonka is certainly one of the best. He always has time to answer any extra questions I have and his office staff is friendly, courteous and always super helpful. When I first went to see him I was a little nervous that I would be preached at about his natural health ideologies, but Dr. Zielonka is not at all pushy or preachy, and only ever brings the topic up if I ask a question that is directly related.
