I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic. Dr. Wissam and Dr. Mark are truly outstanding dentists — professional, skilled, and very caring. After completing my treatment plan for this year, I can confidently say this is the best dental clinic i’ve ever been to. I travel one hour for every appointment and it’s absolutely worth it, plus they are always on time which I really appreciate. Highly recommended! I’ve always been terrified of dentist appointments, but I had such a relaxing experience during my two visits with Dr. Sunbul Rafik. She is incredibly professional, answered all my questions, and explained everything in a simple, clear way. I also appreciate how collaborative the admin and reception team are.

I had the best experience to date thanks to the team at Pinnacle Dental in Docklands. I told them from the start I had a bit of trauma through bad experiences with fillings growing up and more recently at my last appointment 2 years ago in South melbourne.
