Had an appointment for checkup and general clean today with Dr. Sunbul Rafik and it was the best dental experience I've had for a long time… she listen to my problems and concerns. She treated me so well and very gentle (also understanding about her patients) and I am never be this happy being in the dentist like this before. Wonderful clinic, from the moment I walked in the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The clinic is spotless and modern. Dr. Charlotte is not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly. The level of care I received was outstanding, and my procedures were smooth and virtually pain-free.
Brought my partner here for his toothache, he actually had to remove his damaged wisdom tooth. Dr.Atteya and the staff was so patient and helpful and even explained the whole process, did X-ray and was able to help him out just on his first visit. He felt comfortable overall, he was grateful that it ended nice and quick, and the service was amazing ! Highly recommended !
I highly recommend Dr charlotte Lloyd, she is such an accomodating dentist and so thorough. I have extreme dental anxiety and she gets you through it! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Also the receptionist is always soo lovely whenever I call up and when I go in always asking how I am!.
