Very welcoming energy,great customer service from the staff very clean and comfortable. Very thorough apoitment attention to detail of the patient to help you have a better outcome and plan your health journey with them...probably more exrays taken to assess my needs than and medical office ever before. Makes feel like they are determined to make a difference in your pain.
If I could give a 10 star rating I would!!! The service is top notch, the employees actually care about you and don’t make you feel like a dollar sign. They have true compassion there and can work with nearly anyone in my opinion. I went to see Dr. McClellan today after a pretty bad car accident 12/25/24. Almost a year that I’ve dealt with drs and nobody could relive pain! Dr M and her staff are amazing! I walked out of the office standing erect with little pain! I could feel my toes again! That was just the first visit!! I could breathe without my back and chest hurting!! I’ve used this chiropractic clinic before and hadn’t been in a while. Decided to go back and it was as good as I remembered. Dr McClellan does such a good job and really cares for her patients. The staff is very nice and professional. I would recommend to my family and friends.
I called to check prices before scheduling, being I have no insurance. I was charged what was stated at the end of the initial visit. When I came back for "follow up" appointment, I was charged an additional $85 for the initial visit. Deceptive ~ why would you settle charges at the visit, then ask for more the next time? Just be honest... if it's $135, don't tell people $49.
