I had an excellent experience with Dr Mario. The entire team was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. Dr Mario took the time to explain every step and gave clear advice on how to maintain my dental health. The clinic is modern, clean, and runs right on schedule.
Mario I am very disappointed after your dentil nurse broke my tooth and didn’t bother to tell me and to find out from my old dentist that the tooth she pulled out didn’t need to be pulled out and it could of being repaired and she also didn’t tell me about that I am deeply disappointed in your practice Randwick dental spa. And my dentist also seen the the free patch up you did instead of doing a proper filling you only put the bare minimum coverage on my tooth and didn’t fully seal up the nerve leaving it very sensitive or b... read more
I saw Dr. Diego today and honestly it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist! He made me feel super comfortable the whole time and explained everything really clearly so I knew what was going on. He kept checking in during the treatment to make sure I was okay, which I really appreciated. I usually get nervous at the dentist, but he made it such a positive experience. Can’t recommend him enough!
Diego is such a fantastic dentist. My daughter thinks he's really nice, kind, and makes it seem like visiting the dentist can be fun. i also agree. he gives great information, calms the nerves & makes sure you understand god oral care. we love him.
Dr Mario was excellent. I was only in Sydney visiting when I had some tooth pain pop up and I was able to get a last minute appointment booking online the day before I flew out. He gave me some great advice, and set everything up for me (with copies of my own X-rays and photos) so I can manage my dental health overseas. Overall such a pleasant experience, put my mind at ease and gave me good motivation (not shame) to visit the dentist more regularly!
