Amazing staff, so friendly, welcoming and attentive! I have benefited so much from my physio sessions. These sessions with Mihai Albata has made a huge difference since my first visit when I was in so much pain. I wish all the staff the very best for 2026 and the future.
I had a couple of sessions with Hysen and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. He’s a fantastic physio/manual therapist — incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and still super friendly and easy to talk to. He explains what he’s doing, why he’s doing it, and actually makes the whole process feel comfortable and encouraging. I suffered from severe vertigo with continuous dizziness, along with migraines, neck stiffness, shoulders and backpain for two months. I couldn't sleep, couldn't walk and I had to take sick leave and I was bedridden for continuous two months. I first went to see Mason in September, I was in terrible pain in my neck and arm and was getting pins and needles in the arm, also I had lost strength in that arm. Mason worked out a plan for me, over the next three months he worked on me, and now I'm 100%better. The clinic is run so well and professionally, I would recommend it to anyone.
Had a massage today booked with mum. Reception staff are all lovely and friendly. Really wanted to like the experience but couldn’t. The therapist you have makes a HUGE difference on experience, my physiotherapist was not professional and from the start accused me of being rude when I asked if she could speak to reception about a few misunderstandings during booking as I did not want to waste the massage time even more trying to clear this up.
