I was seen to by Dr Mitra on the 31/10 & again as requested on the 17/11/25 greeted with a warm welcome and a comforting sense of humour. Mitra was attentive and informative throughout the process, mild discomfort as expected but for the most part it went really well and also the first dentist to information me of subgingival calculus (tartar) And from what it seems is the last two dentist visits I had this was missed and Mirta took care of it. Mitra, Parnian and the team are fantastic! From the moment you walk in, the staff are welcoming and make you feel comfortable. The clinic is clean and modern, and the care is always professional and thorough. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great dentist!
I just had a check-up and a clean. This is my first time at Serene Smiles, and everything went beautifully. Alice and the dental assistant were lovely and considerate. I had had a previous experience at another place that had left me in so much pain for days after my clean and I am very happy to report that I cannot feel any pain whatsoever after my clean at Serene Smiles! Also the online booking form was very easy to use. Thanks again 😀
I highly recommend Dr Mitra, I was anxious about the procedure, and she make me feel at easy as soon as I went in. Her calm and explaining step by step it was reassuring. The next day I received a following up phone call to see how I was doing. The staff was very kind and polite, thank you to the doctor and staff
Dr Alice was so patient with me! If I could give her 10 stars I would, I have the worst dental anxiety and she calmed me right down, she explained everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease! Chloe the hygienist was so warm and friendly and also made me feel so much less anxious! Thank you both so much, I would highly recommend serene smiles to everyone but especially those with dental anxiety!
