Even better than I hoped. I came in nervous, but the whole place and manners of the dentist are made to help you feel calm and relaxed. And it worked! They genuinely care about making it a good experience. And with their water cleaner it was the least painful clean I have ever had. Can highly recommend!
After avoiding the dentist for over eight years due to previous negative experiences, I discovered Serene Smiles Perth. The practice is not only meticulously clean and beautifully maintained, but the staff are exceptionally kind. I have seen Dr. Mitra twice for a cleaning, a filling, and a chipped tooth. The clinic is so nice and calming and feels fresh and clean. Everything was explained well, Dr Parnian made sure I understood what she was doing, what work needed to be done in future and checked if I had any questions. For someone who was super nervous after not having visited a dentist in far too long, I was put at ease and felt very comfortable. Thank you :)
We have been going to Dr Mitra for years and have followed her from Hillarys to her new beautiful and state-of-the-art practice. I've seen many different dentists, internationally and in Perth and there is nobody that comes close to Dr. Mitra. She does the best quality work and is so gentle you can almost doze off in the chair. She is also just so lovely, kind and genuine, and never recommends anything you don't need.
