Doc Hem is an amazing human! The smile makers are genuine smile makers. Dr. Hem explains every single step which is what we need while we are experiencing tooth difficulties and considering the phobia behind it. I never felt any stress while being treated. Amazing ,friendly, reassuring,gentle.....everything you could ask for when having tooth extraction. Dr Hem was awesome, got my difficult wisdom tooth out roots and all.. admin and dental assistant really friendly and polite.. will be sticking with them for all my dental needs...

Was so happy with my amazing dentist at Smilemakers Madeley a couple of years ago and then she left. When I was due for my check up after that I had Dr Hem. He is the most incredible dentist I have been to yet! He is kind, gentle, very good at what he does and explains things to you very very well.
