I had my first appointment with Dr Lau and his assistant and I had a great experience. His approach is gentle and he explains what is about to do. I am usually very sensitive and stressed to go to the dentist and this check up and clean went smoothly. The technique and tools he used were quick, gentle and clean. The entire process was conducted in a very friendly and well-organised manner. Dr Lau provided a clear and upfront explanation of the procedures, including what he would be doing, the next steps, and what we should expect. All staff members were very friendly and supportive throughout.
Andrew Lau, quietly confident and a master at his skill! Very gentle and a perfectionist. I moved across Sydney, tried a few other dentists, but none compared, so keep coming back to the best dentist in Sydney.
