I had my first appointment with Dr Lau and his assistant and I had a great experience. His approach is gentle and he explains what is about to do. I am usually very sensitive and stressed to go to the dentist and this check up and clean went smoothly. The technique and tools he used were quick, gentle and clean. Dr Lau was fantastic. He has some amazing technology I haven’t seen before and first time a dentist has offered some real solutions for my periodontal issues. Glad I found this place
I have been seeing Dr Lau for a few years now and I highly recommend him. He is very gentle and so knowledgeable and the team are very professional. Nice clean and modern clinic. Highly recommend!
I am not sure anyone love to see dentist. i am not. but andrew is good. with all the imaging and exam with modern technology, it is eye open. I wouldn't say it is pleasant but glad it is done.
The entire process was conducted in a very friendly and well-organised manner. Dr Lau provided a clear and upfront explanation of the procedures, including what he would be doing, the next steps, and what we should expect. All staff members were very friendly and supportive throughout.
