Had such a great experience at Sunnybank Plaza Dental. Even though they were super busy they still managed to squeeze me in which I really appreciated. The place is clean and the receptionist was so kind and caring, didn’t rush me or make me feel uncomfortable at all Dr Carmen and her assistant were absolutely amazing. The dentist is highly professional with excellent technique — the whole process was comfortable and painless. Communication in both English and Cantonese was smooth and effortless. They provided clear explanations and were very warm and attentive. The results of the scaling, root canal treatment, teeth whitening, and crown fitting were all excellent. The fees are reasonable — I highly recommend them!
Since I moved to Brisbane, I have been using Dr Carmen Chong as my dentist. She’s gentle and does a thorough and detailed job when she does my teeth clean and check up. She always gives me good and accurate advice. Highly recommend
