recently visited Sunnybank Plaza Dental for a cement filling and general check-up, and I had a really great experience! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the dentist explained everything clearly — from what was happening with my teeth to how the filling would help. I did a big mistake to go to the Sunnybank plaza dental. Be careful please. Firstly, they scam you by getting unnecessary dental images and consultation for between $120 to $150. Secondly, I’ve got infection after fixing on of my teeth. It caused me a lot of pain and stress. Please don’t go to this dental clinic at all. The receptionist is helpless and rude too. Finally, I went to another clinic to fix my teeth again.
I have had a great experience with the treatment. The dentist was very thorough with diagnostics and provided exceptional general dental services. I compared the services I received with the other dentists who have provided similar services in the past. I can see significant difference in the quality of services the dentist of Sunnybank Plaza Dental offers. Thank you for the great service. I highly recommend!
The dentist is highly professional with excellent technique — the whole process was comfortable and painless. Communication in both English and Cantonese was smooth and effortless. They provided clear explanations and were very warm and attentive. The results of the scaling, root canal treatment, teeth whitening, and crown fitting were all excellent. The fees are reasonable — I highly recommend them!
