Helen is not just an efficient chiropractor, but she is a genuinely good human being! In my opinion, and in my experience, having had treatments from other chiropractors in the past, the point of difference in the quality of care and treatment she provides, lies in her kind hearted and caring nature...not too mention her wicked sense of humour! Dr Helen and her team are wonderful caring people who treated me like family. I went from pain, pins and needles, numbness and loss of power, to a completely better version of myself. At 65 I thought I would have to retire from my job but I have been given a new lease of life because of the treatment and the care that I received from Dr Helen, Simon and Liv. I can't thank them enough and would recommend their services and expertise to anyone having any kind of spinal problems. They are as the song goes "Simply The Best".
I have been coming to the spine centre for years. When I first came I was really unsure of what to expect but Helen set my mind and ease and I have never looked back! I can honestly say without Helen & John I would not be as happy, healthy and mobile as I am today. I couldn't recommend either of them more.
The Spine centre is amazing!! After beginning to loose hope of recovery from a lower back injury I was referred to the spine centre by a colleague. Where the results have exceeded my expectations, after completing a course on the decompression table combined with regular adjustments my life has been changed and am now back to my normal self. Helen’s knowledge and guidance is highly recommended! If you yourself are looking for an alternative to surgical intervention give Helen and the team a go!
