Had a great experience at the today; it started when I arrived smiling friendly people to greet you, the tech who gave me the exam was very professional and knowledgeable, spoke with the Doctor Who is going to look everything over and consult with me on my next visit. My journey started in January with the Wellness Connection. I am putting myself first, my health first… this year is about me getting back to the best version of myself! Dr Emily is working with me to obtain the life I want. I appreciate the approach that is non conventional. When the test reveal what my body is doing and going through I want the treatment plan to focus on the results and not the statistics! This has been the right direction for me at this time in my life.
The team there from the reception to the doctors are all phenomenal people. I've never felt so valued as a patient anywhere else in my entire life. They are very compassionate and endearing from the moment you walk in the door. It was my first visit so there wasn't a lot that could be done for my back pain that day but my spirit....it was filled. I saw wellnessconnection on Facebook and after 10 years co of bone to bone knee pain I thought I would give it a try. Wow....was it awesome. The people were great and now 8 week into my knee program I am walking without pain. This place is amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone in constant knee pain.
I went there with the idea of healing the arthritic knee pain. The staff is very friendly and welcoming but after all of the treatments and work outs, my knees are worse than ever. I really expected to continue until my knees were better but they wanted more money to continue. I'm glad that I refused because I believe I'd be worse off than I am now. I can barely walk at all!
