Wow! Dr. Camile is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. I had a great experience during my initial visit. She gave me many excellent recommendations based on our two-hour appointment and the form I had filled out beforehand. The forms are incredibly detailed, allowing her to get a well-rounded understanding of all my concerns and address them effectively. The staff is very professional and helpful. I will be going back regularly.
Dr Camille is extremely knowledgeable. I was so touched by her thoughtfulness and the wealth of information she provided. I’ve been seeing Dr. Dilani for over 6 months and the whole experience has been smooth and stress-free. From the very first appointment, Dr. Dilani took time to understand my issues and then created a treatment plan. I look forward to my visits because I know I’m in great hands. I’ve always had great experiences here. I have probably had treatments with every practitioner here and it’s always been outstanding. It’s a very warm environment, as you walk in you immediately feel like you’re at home. I’ll definitely be back!
My RMT was great, but the experience at the front desk was completely unacceptable. The asian receptionist with long hair was rude and unwelcoming. She didn’t acknowledge me at all no greeting, no goodbye, no thanks. I understand she may have been having a bad day, but that is no excuse for basic disrespect. I tried to be polite and said goodbye after the treatment, yet she completely ignored me. This is basic courtesy , and it's extremely disappointing that she couldn’t show even that
