Really 10/10, in all ways ! Extremely friendly and professional from Dr Suster and his team. Couldn't be happier. I was a very nervous patient due to past experience with many other dentists and Dr Suster and his team are the best ive ever visited. Not only did they get my confidence back in myself and my smile, but also made me feel calm to visit them with no nerves! Highly recommend Vision Dental Menai!
Dr Suster and his team are incredible!! With a combination of their skill, precision and professional advice I have got the smile I have always wanted! They are always accomodating and friendly. Everything is explained so you can understand the process and what you are actually getting. Couldn't be happier with their service or my teeth!
It’s taken me a few years to write this review, as the experience was quite distressing at the time. From the beginning, Dr Suster came across as rude and condescending. He appeared irritated about doing a clean alongside a check-up, despite this being booked without issue. He strongly pushed for palate expansion, even though I had only moderate crowding on my lower teeth. Dr Suster is an excellent dentist. He is highly knowledgeable, thorough, and evidently very skilled at what he does. He explained everything step by step and made the whole experience as comfortable as possible. I’d highly recommend him for anyone looking for a new dentist. Easily the best dentist I’ve ever been to.
Amazing!! They fit my daughter in as an emergency new patient and saw us earlier as she was distressed. The you so much for your care. 5 stars!!
