I recently sprained my neck and was very fortunate to receive the recommendation to visit this clinic. Everyone at West Valley is amazing! Dr. Todd does a great job explaining complex things in easy-to-understand terms. Brooke (physio) takes the time to truly understand your aliment allowing her to deploy the most effective array of treatments, which she is flexible with depending on what you're comfortable with. The reception staff is super friendly and helpful, which really makes everything about the experience exceptional!
Everyone at West Valley Chiropractic is fantastic! I hadn't been to a chiropractor since having moved to Cochrane, and I'm glad that I called these folks. Having needed an emergency adjustment, they managed to get me in imediately. I can't thank Dr. Todd and his team enough for having looked after me that day, and every day since. I highly recommend West Valley Chiropractic I started to see Dr Todd in 2006 out of curiosity. I had not been in to him in years. Recently I hurt my knee and that caused a whole bunch of alignment issues. I was veering right over a foot in 10 steps. After 2 treatments I could walk in a straight line again!! I've seen Brooke for Physio and Dr Todd for chiro. Both are very knowledgeable and friendly and skilled. Definitely have improved my quality of life thanks to them. All of the staff are friendly too. Would definitely recommend their office.
