Dr. Jeff and the staff were so kind and helpful! My wife's knee feels better but we wanted to ask what Dr. Jeff would recommend as far as how often we should drive round trip from Kalamazoo to Chicago. I was in a tremendous amount of pain and only had a small window of time to spare (during work hours). Lisa not only took me immediately, but her massage was spot on. My pain completely dissipated by the next hour.

Generally on time and friendly staff. Since I've never had ACT or visited a chiropractor before, I don't have anything to compare my experience to but I'm pleased with my experience so far. That being said, $85/30 minutes when not covered by insurance isn't very affordable and I am likely to stop treatments when I complete my event (whether or not the issue has been corrected).
