Gave them another shot after leaving several years ago. The reason: Dr. Hamilton is amazing at adjusting and his care is phenomenal. The issue: He's also a money grabbing businessperson who will ONLY give you care if you bleed money. Wish I would have saved my time. I have pretty crappy insurance. SO many other chiropractors in the Medina area have sliding scales, discounts etc. He absolutely puts money before care. I had an appointment today and am currently in a fair amount of pain. If you think they operate like any other medical office, you’re wrong. They will demand money upfront and expect you to wait to be reimbursed by your insurance instead of just billing your insurance. Which can take over a month to get the money back. This is the only place I’ve ever had that happen to me. They expected me to pay hundreds out of pocket per month. They never even submitted my last appointment to my insurance. Unless you’re covered under care source or have hundreds of extra dollars per month, don’t go here.

I have been a patient here since last November and my last appointment was in March. I thought it was a bit dramatic when I first started going that they wanted me to come 3 times a week but was able to make it once a week and continued that for months. I do not live close and my husband travels a lot so that's why my last visit was in March. I normally would not rate anything,but I feel all opinions matter..I tried them out the staff all seemed very enthusiastic, but I must say I felt like I was in a revolving door atmosphere..alot of smoke and mirrors...I personally like a place that takes there time and focuses on you and your problems and needs not how many customers we can cram in on any given day.. Just my opinion,not sure I'll be back..
