I've been coming to Dr Shaye for about 15 years. He and his entire practice has been completely professional and caring with me each visit. They're responsive when I need short-notice appointments and always treat me courteously.
Dr. Shaye and his staff are excellent! His staff made sure my insurance covered my care then made sure I understood what they did and didn't cover so I won't be blindsided. Dr Shaye took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable as I worked for a great chiropractor in SC I wanted to make sure my new one was comparable.
Allison gives a great massage. The one down side to the time is that I don't get the full 90 minutes of massage. The 90 minutes should start from the time the therapist starts the massage, not when the therapist decides she has given what she can.
Dr. Shaye is professional yet very personable. He has my complete confidence where my overall health is concerned. The staff as well are very warm as well as professional and work hard to schedule appointments that are convenient to my schedule. I never wait more than a few minutes to get treatment. I have received excellent care and feel that my initial goals have all been met.
As usual the Doctor has it spot on! went in with fairly sore mid back pain and came out back to normal.

Allison the Massage Therapist is great, BUT she is a poor time keeper. She includes your assessment and getting undressed time in your alloted time. If you have a 90 minute appointment, you will probably only get 70. Be aware that you are not getting your full time you paid for. Good therapist and the office takes BCBS Federal.
I really enjoy Dr. Shaye. I've been to several chiropractic offices, but I have never had as thorough a workup as I did here. I enjoy the fact that Dr. Shaye is not the normal "back cracker". He has many other different methods of treatment. I feel that his ways are helping me to a more permanent relief of my back pain.
