The staff was nice, and I liked my experience, but I would appreciate if they had told me ahead of time they wouldn't accept my insurance until they actually got paid. I had an unplanned $100 expense. With other medical professionals, accepting insurance means they take it as a form of payment. Disappointing, and I won't go back until my insurance pays.
