RecommendedWhen I moved to North Carolina in April 2021 I had such severe sciatica that I really couldn’t take walks anymore. I would have trouble standing up straight and I would have to sit on a heating pad sometimes for 20 minutes before trying to go out to do my errands. After intensive therapy I am now so grateful to be able to say that I do not sit on a heating pad hardly at all and I can walk again.I can take my walks outside and enjoy doing so. I can also stand up straight!
